Craft Series Irish Stout makes a distinctively dark stout with a creamy tan head. Bitter coffee and roasted malt notes are balanced by a subtle fruitiness with a lingering, dry finish.
The kit includes M42 New World Strong Ale Yeast. This ferments with a neutral yeast aroma - enhancing the full character of the malt and hops in the finished beer.
Also included in the kit is 20 g Goldings hops to dry-hop your beer, and full instructions on how to make it.
